Domestic Shipping Within Pakistan
For customers located within Pakistan, we offer two primary shipping options. Standard Shipping delivers your order within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. This is our most economical shipping option and is suitable for non-urgent purchases. Express Shipping delivers your order within 1 to 3 business days from dispatch and is available for most major cities and urban areas across Pakistan. Express shipping carries an additional fee that will be displayed clearly at checkout. We work with reputable domestic courier partners to ensure consistent, reliable delivery nationwide.
Free Shipping
We regularly offer free standard shipping on orders that meet or exceed our qualifying order value threshold. The current free shipping threshold is displayed prominently on our website homepage and at the checkout stage. Free shipping is applied automatically once your cart reaches the qualifying value — no coupon code is required. Please note that the free shipping threshold may be adjusted during sale periods or special promotions, and updated information will always be visible on our website.
International Shipping
Zahra Clothing is proud to offer international shipping to a growing list of destinations worldwide. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and several other countries. The available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country. International delivery typically takes between 7 and 21 business days depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
Please note the following important points regarding international orders. Customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, and any other government-imposed fees or charges applicable in your destination country are not included in the price charged by Zahra Clothing and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they vary by country and product type. We strongly recommend that you research the import regulations and applicable duties for your country before placing an international order.
Shipment Tracking
Every order dispatched by Zahra Clothing is assigned a unique tracking number. This number is automatically sent to you via email and SMS as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this tracking number on the courier's official website to check the real-time status and location of your delivery. If you have a Zahra Clothing account, you can also track your order directly through the My Orders section of our website.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts before holding the package at a nearby collection point. You will be notified via SMS or phone call before each delivery attempt. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an unresponsive recipient, or any other reason within the customer's control, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact phone number provided during checkout are accurate and up to date.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will open a formal investigation with our courier partner and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement order or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refunds Policy.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives and the outer packaging shows visible signs of damage, we advise you to photograph the packaging before opening it. If the contents are found to be damaged upon opening, please photograph the damaged items and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and your photos. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund promptly. Failure to report damage within this 48-hour window may affect your eligibility for a claim.
