If you have something specific in mind, use the search bar at the top of the page to look for items by name, style, colour, or fabric. Each product page is designed to give you as much information as possible to help you make confident purchasing decisions. You will find high-resolution images taken from multiple angles, detailed product descriptions including fabric type and care instructions, and a comprehensive size guide.

Step 2 — Choose Your Size and Colour

Finding the right fit is crucial, and we want to make sure you order with confidence. Every product on our website comes with a dedicated size guide that provides measurements in both centimetres and inches. We strongly encourage you to measure yourself or compare against a garment that fits you well before selecting your size. If you find yourself between two sizes, our general recommendation is to size up for a more relaxed and comfortable fit. Many of our products are available in multiple colour options and prints. Simply click on the colour swatch or thumbnail of your preferred variant to view the product in that specific option.

Step 3 — Add Items to Your Cart

Once you have selected the right size and colour, click the Add to Cart button. A notification will confirm that your item has been successfully added to your cart. You can continue browsing and adding more items to your cart without losing anything you have already selected. Your cart saves your items throughout your session, and if you have an account and are logged in, your cart will even be saved between visits. Step 4 — Review Your Shopping Cart

Before moving to checkout, take a few moments to review everything in your cart. Confirm that each item reflects the correct size, colour, and quantity you intended. This is also the stage where you can enter any promotional codes or discount vouchers. Look for the Promo Code field in your cart and type in your code, then click Apply. The discount will be reflected immediately in your order total. Please note that only one promotional code can be applied per order, and some codes may have specific eligibility conditions.

Step 5 — Proceed to Checkout

When you are satisfied with your cart, click Proceed to Checkout. You will be given the option to log into your existing Zahra Clothing account, register for a new account, or continue as a guest. We highly recommend creating an account because it allows you to track your current and past orders, save multiple delivery addresses, receive personalised product recommendations, and enjoy exclusive member promotions that are not available to guest shoppers.

Step 6 — Enter Your Delivery Address

Fill in your complete shipping address carefully. This includes your full name, house or flat number, street name, area, city, province, and postal code. Also provide a contact phone number so our courier can reach you if needed. Please double-check every detail before proceeding. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address, so accuracy at this stage is very important. If you are sending a gift to someone, you can enter the recipient's address as the delivery address without any issue.

Step 7 — Select Your Shipping Method

Choose your preferred delivery option from the available shipping methods. We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping for domestic orders, with clearly displayed estimated delivery times and costs for each. If your order qualifies for free shipping based on the current promotional threshold, it will be applied automatically. For international orders, available shipping options and associated costs will be shown at this stage based on your destination country.

Step 8 — Make Your Payment

Enter your payment information on our secure checkout page. Zahra Clothing accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support payment by bank transfer and selected digital payment platforms. Our checkout is fully encrypted using SSL technology, which means your financial information is completely protected at all times. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Step 9 — Receive Your Order Confirmation

After your payment is successfully processed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. This email contains your unique order number, a complete summary of the items you purchased, your delivery address, your chosen shipping method, and an estimated delivery date. Please save this email as it contains important reference information. You can also access your order history at any time by logging into your Zahra Clothing account.

Modifying or Cancelling an Order

If you need to make any changes to your order — such as updating a size, changing an address, or cancelling the entire order — please contact our customer support team as quickly as possible after placing the order. We can make changes only while the order is still being processed and before it has been handed over to our courier partner. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made, but you are always welcome to initiate a return after receiving the item in line with our Return Policy.
