Return Policy
We want you to love every single item you receive from Zahra Clothing. However, we completely understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected — perhaps the size is not quite right, the colour looks slightly different at home compared to your screen, or the style simply does not work for you once you see it in person. That is perfectly okay. Our Return Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and genuinely customer-friendly.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. This window begins on the day your parcel is marked as delivered by our courier partner. We strongly recommend that you inspect your order promptly upon receiving it so that you have sufficient time to initiate a return if needed.
Eligibility Conditions
For a return to be accepted and processed, the item must meet all of the following conditions. The return request must be submitted within the 14-calendar-day window. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags, labels, and garment packaging must be attached and intact. The item must not carry any signs of use including odours, makeup marks, stains, alterations, or any form of damage that occurred after delivery. The item must not fall under our list of non-returnable product categories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to hygiene, safety, or policy reasons. These include all innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear; items that were sold as part of a Final Sale or Clearance promotion; gift cards and store credit vouchers; customised or personalised products that were made to order; and any items that have been visibly worn, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is straightforward. Log into your Zahra Clothing account and navigate to the My Orders section. Locate the order that contains the item you wish to return and click on Return Item. Select the specific item or items you want to return and choose your reason from the dropdown menu provided. Select your preferred resolution — a monetary refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size or colour, or store credit. Submit your return request. Within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number and detailed instructions on how to package and send back the item.
Return Shipping
If your return is due to a manufacturing defect, a quality issue, or an error made by Zahra Clothing such as sending you the wrong item, we will bear the full cost of return shipping and will arrange pickup from your address. If your return is due to a personal reason such as a change of mind, an incorrect size ordered, or a style preference, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In this case, we recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return arrives safely and on time.
Return Inspection and Processing
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection within 3 to 5 business days. During the inspection, our quality team will verify that the item meets all return eligibility conditions. You will receive an email informing you of the inspection outcome. If the return is approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be initiated immediately. If the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size or colour rather than receiving a refund, please indicate this preference when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired exchange item is not available at the time your return is processed, we will issue a refund or store credit as per your preference. Exchange orders are dispatched within the standard processing timeframe once your original return has been received and approved.
